Terence Crawford fires at Gervonta Davis: 'I wish I was at 135 I'll stop Tank'
Crawford says Davis would "come up with some excuses like he do with Shakur", then turned to Ryan Garcia with a post about 160.

Terence Crawford says he would stop Gervonta "Tank" Davis if he were at 135lb, and that Davis would "come up with some excuses" as he does, Crawford says, with Shakur Stevenson.
"I wish I was at 135 I'll stop Tank. He talk to much, but be picking and choosing. But we know he would come up with some excuses like he do with Shakur," Crawford wrote on X early on Wednesday.
He followed it with a joke about the weight. "Then again I'll come in at 135 and he'll say I gotta be 130 come fight time," he wrote, adding three laughing emojis.
Minutes later he turned to Ryan Garcia: "What's up @RyanGarcia 160?" Garcia said in a clash with Adrien Broner last month that there was no point if Davis would not fight him at 147lbs.
Davis and Stevenson traded insults on X in October, with Davis telling Stevenson he could have "10 percent" of a fight between them and Stevenson calling Davis "a has been". Crawford has said Davis vs Stevenson is a fight he wants to see.
Crawford beat Canelo Alvarez by unanimous decision in September 2025 and has since retired. Alvarez's trainer, Eddy Reynoso, said after Alvarez beat Christian Mbilli in Riyadh that he would like Crawford next.
