Tank Davis offers Shakur Stevenson "10 percent"; Stevenson says "he's spiraling"
Davis says Stevenson can have 10 percent of a fight between them; Stevenson says Davis is "a has been" with nobody left to fight but him.
Gervonta "Tank" Davis and Shakur Stevenson spent Saturday trading insults on X, with Davis telling Stevenson he can have "10 percent" of a fight between them.
"I'm telling you clear as day what I'm giving," Davis wrote from @MoneyTwofly, the account Stevenson was answering as Davis's. "The f**k is ducking now, you gonna have to pay all them people out of that 10 percent, chump ass... I'm beating you all around the board, d**k face."
Stevenson quoted it: "Yall favorite fighter is scared of me. He sees now that I don't need him like he thought. My next fight gone make u cry."
Davis then said Stevenson and his backers needed him: "They need him in a big fight to make sum f***ing money back." Stevenson answered: "He's spiraling. U are a has been. In high school u was the man, homie head ass. Midget man, u are losing a lot of money outside the ring now that Jake has closed the doors on u and everyone is at 147. U have nobody but me, now talk nicely, p***y boy, for I closed the door too."
When Stevenson told him to "fight me or shut yo b***h ass up, lil man", Davis held to his number: "10 percent for you and ya team, take or leave it, b***h. Up to ya team call. Until then continue to sit behind MMA fighters and being on undercards. When I feel like it I give your boss a call."
"Jake" appears to be Jake Paul: Davis was due to box Paul in an exhibition in November 2025, with Stevenson sparring Paul in camp, but the fight was called off. Terence Crawford has said Davis vs Stevenson is a fight he wants to see, and a post from 31 July pinned on Stevenson's X profile reads: "LETS FIGHT LETS FIGHT LETS FIGHT."
