The weigh-in comes a day after Clarke refused to shake Billam-Smith's hand at their live face-off, allowing only a fist bump. Clarke beat Billam-Smith in the 2016 elite amateur championship final, and Billam-Smith went on to become WBO cruiserweight world champion.
