Artem Lobov has torn into Conor McGregor on X, claiming his former friend and sparring partner did not pay his coach and friends what was promised. “He took care of nobody, he fucked over his coach and all his best friends,” Lobov wrote.

Lobov put numbers on the claim with McGregor's boxing match against Floyd Mayweather, one of the biggest-selling fights of all time. “He got 100M for Mayweather what did John get??? 100K if even, meant to be 5% but he never paid that for any of his fights,” he wrote.

He also claimed McGregor “fired his best mate Derek father of 3 kids, weeks before Christmas” and “Paid Lee, the founder and director of Maclife 500 euros per week before tax for years”.

Lobov finished by saying what he believes is behind it. “Drink, drugs and no accountability is what brought all the troubles into his life. All of this allegedly of course,” he wrote.

The pair have already been through a legal fight over whiskey. Lobov sued McGregor over an agreement he said would give him 5% of the proceeds of the sale of Proper No. Twelve. McGregor denied there was an agreement over the proceeds, and the case was settled at the High Court in April, with details not disclosed in court.

McGregor is recovering from ACL surgery on his knee and has targeted International Fight Week 2027 for his comeback.
