Renato Moicano expects nothing from UFC after Tom Nolan stand-up loss: 'I signed the contract'
Moicano told The Ariel Helwani Show he knew "the price" when he signed his contracts, and said he was "shocked" when referee Dan Miragliotta stood him up against Nolan.

Renato Moicano says nobody from the UFC has spoken to him about paying him despite his UFC Vegas 123 defeat to Tom Nolan, and that he does not expect the promotion to do so.
Ariel Helwani asked on The Ariel Helwani Show whether the UFC had offered to "make it whole" after referee Dan Miragliotta's second-round stand-up, paying him "despite the fact that it's technically a loss". Moicano said: "No, no, I didn't talk with anybody of the UFC." Asked whether he expected it, he said: "No, no, no, I don't expect that. Listen, Ariel, I don't expect nothing from anybody, from nobody."
He said that went beyond the UFC. "I don't believe the world is fair," he said, adding: "I'm not talking about UFC, I'm talking about life."
Moicano said what he calls his class act was down to the deal he agreed and not to any wish to impress the promotion. "I did that because I signed the contract. In the moment that I signed every contract in UFC, I knew the price," he said. He said "everything that I have is because UFC", listing: "I have a house, I have some Bitcoin, I have couple investments." He added: "I cannot be suing them for something that I agree, for something that I signed."
He pointed to Anderson Silva, once cheered in Brazil as "the greatest of all time", saying: "Now we don't see people talking about him." Moicano said that if he stopped now, nobody would remember Nolan's win or what Miragliotta did in six months to a year. "I simply don't care about these things," he said.
Moicano also told Helwani he was caught off guard by the stand-up. "I was thinking, 'What the f*** is going on?' I was shocked," he said. Of Nolan, he said: "He beat me fair and square. It's not his fault the referee made a mistake." He added: "I would have spent the whole second round on his back, and I would have won the round."
Nolan stopped Moicano at 1:28 of round three on 31 October, after Miragliotta stood the pair up in round two with Moicano on Nolan's back. Moicano has already said he will not appeal the defeat, and he told Helwani he has three fights left on his UFC deal.
