Ben Askren says Dillon Danis clearly tried to choke out Khamzat Chimaev in RAF wrestling match
Danis lost 10-0 to Chimaev at RAF 10 in June, and Askren said that if Danis wants extracurriculars, he could always get in a cage.

Ben Askren has criticised Dillon Danis for what he said was an attempt to choke Khamzat Chimaev during their Real American Freestyle wrestling match in June, saying Danis went beyond what the format is for.
"He clearly tried choking out Khamzat. You could see him sink the guillotine choke in. That's not what we're doing here. It's a wrestling match," Askren said on an MMA Fighting show.
Askren said he does not like "that Dillon Danis extracurriculars", and added that "if you want to do some extracurricular, you could always get in a cage". He also pointed out that Danis has had three total fights in about eight years.
Danis is back on the RAF mats on Friday 23 October, when he meets Arman Tsarukyan for the promotion's first middleweight crossover title at RAF 14 in Las Vegas. Chimaev faces Robbie Lawler on the same card.
