Ryan Garcia defends Conor Benn after interviewer's 'stretched you out like a limousine' jibe
Benn answered the question about his second-round defeat by Garcia, then cut the interview short. The WBC welterweight champion took aim at the interviewer on X.

Ryan Garcia has hit out at an interviewer who said Garcia's second-round stoppage of Conor Benn last month "stretched you out like a limousine".
Gunman Boxing's Wesley Graham put it to Benn: "Listen, your fight against Ryan Garcia didn't go to plan. Second round, man. It stretched you out like a limousine. No one expected that. I didn't expect that."
Benn replied: "You go swimming, you get wet, you pay the price. No problem. You bounce back. It's life. It happens." Asked what went wrong, he added: "Listen, I can't fight it away. I can't. I made a weight." Then he called time on the interview: "That was two questions. That's two questions too many."
Garcia shared the clip on X and told Benn not to let the interviewer "disrespect you again", adding: "He wouldn't dare enter a ring he had no right to say that s***."
Garcia kept his WBC welterweight title against Benn at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on 12 September. He dropped the Englishman with a right hand early in the second round, and the referee, Thomas Taylor, stopped the fight at 1:25 of the round. It was Benn's first world title fight.
