O'Shaquie Foster says Saturday's super-featherweight unification with Emanuel Navarrete will be "a domination by me, 1 through 12", speaking on stage at Friday's weigh-in in San Antonio after the pair's final face-off.

Foster, the WBC champion from Orange, Texas, weighed 129.8lb. Navarrete holds the WBO and IBF titles, and the Ring Magazine belt is also on the line at the Frost Bank Center on a Top Rank show, live on DAZN in the UK.

Asked about Navarrete's claims that he fights like an amateur and would try to stink the fight out, Foster said: "Man, he's going to see. Come tomorrow, he's going to run into a lot of punches, man, and I bet he'll get to rethinking everything he said."

Navarrete, speaking in Spanish, said he would have to hit Foster a lot and keep pressing him, because Foster says he is the best at defending. "We're all going to find out who is the best at 130 pounds," he said through an interpreter.

Foster is 25-3 with 12 knockouts, and Saturday is his eighth world title appearance. Navarrete, from San Juan, Mexico, has 40 wins, two losses, a draw and a no contest, with 33 knockouts, and is making his 18th world title appearance.
