The result was Bellandi's first outing since he lost his Cage Warriors title at CW 200 in February.
In the co-main event, Giuseppe Mastrogiacomo ended his fight with a liver shot. The 24-year-old has now put together a run of finishes.
Enrico Di Gangi took his bout on short notice and submitted Tommy Brunning in the second round of their bantamweight contest on the main card.
Federico Rotoni, a decorated amateur, made his professional debut and stopped his opponent in the closing seconds of the first round.
Simone Patrizi's fight was called off on the day of the event after his opponent fell ill in the early hours of fight day. Simone Ali was moved up to the main card in his place.
On the prelims, Diego Giangirolami, Jurgen Koci, Elez Guri and Christian Tosco each won for the first time under the Cage Warriors banner. Niko Ceraglia returned to winning ways with his first victory at lightweight.
