Rizvan Kuniev says Alexander Volkov and his team are trembling before UFC 333
Kuniev says Volkov's pre-fight remarks hide his fear, and predicts Volkov's camp will be relieved once their heavyweight fight on Saturday is over.
Rizvan Kuniev says Alexander Volkov is "trembling" before their heavyweight fight at UFC 333 on Saturday. "I see him over here in the hallways. I see that he's trembling. His whole team is trembling," Kuniev said at UFC 333 media day on Wednesday.
Volkov said earlier this week that Kuniev had joined his gym to follow him. Kuniev said "all of these things are him trying to cover up the amount of fear that he has and his whole team has every time that they see me."
He also predicted how Volkov's camp would react to the fight: "On Saturday, even after the fight, what they're going to say is, thank goodness that this fight is finally over."
