Gabriel Bonfim vs Sean Brady off UFC Vegas 124 as heavyweights take top billing
Cortes-Acosta and Walker now headline the 7 November card after Brady withdrew injured, with Bonfim set to be booked on a future event instead.

A heavyweight fight between Cortes-Acosta and Walker is the new main event of UFC Vegas 124 on 7 November, replacing the welterweight bout between Gabriel Bonfim and Sean Brady.
Brady was forced to pull out through injury, which took the original headliner off the card. Bonfim will not compete on 7 November and is due to be booked for another event at a later date.
Cortes-Acosta goes into the fight trying to end a two-fight losing run. An 8-1 stretch carried him into the heavyweight top 10 before he lost consecutive decisions to Curtis Blaydes and Alexander Volkov. His recent wins include knockouts of Derrick Lewis, Shamil Gaziev and Ante Delija.
Walker spent years as a contender at light heavyweight before moving up to heavyweight in October, when he knocked out Mick Parkin with a knee at UFC 332.
Tatiana Suarez and Virna Jandiroba, two of the leading contenders at strawweight, meet in the co-main event.
