Paddy Pimblett says he will 'probably' fight next year: 'So I can get fat over Christmas'
The No. 5-ranked lightweight, who submitted Benoit Saint-Denis in 52 seconds in July, plans to enjoy Christmas dinner before going back into camp.

Paddy Pimblett says he will probably not fight again until 2027, and plans to enjoy Christmas first.
Asked by iFL TV on Saturday night what was next for him, the Liverpool lightweight said: "At the minute, I don't know. Probably be next year now, so I can get fat over Christmas."
He added: "Loads of scran the next couple of days, the next couple of weeks. Enjoy my Christmas dinner and that, then get back into camp."
Pimblett, 31, is ranked No. 5 at lightweight and has a 24-4 record. He last fought in July, submitting Benoit Saint-Denis in 52 seconds at UFC 329, six months after a decision defeat by Justin Gaethje. His full record is on Paddy Pimblett's fighter page.
