Paulo Costa contrasts Rampage Jackson's $7m Liddell payday with Raoni Barcelos' pay
Costa estimates Barcelos made $80,000 to $100,000 for the five-round fight with Raul Rosas Jr. in which he lost consciousness.

Paulo Costa has set Quinton "Rampage" Jackson's claim of a $7 million payday for fighting Chuck Liddell against what he believes Raoni Barcelos earned for his five-round fight with Raul Rosas Jr.
Jackson, in a resurfaced clip with Sean Strickland, said his biggest payday was $7 million including pay-per-view for fighting Liddell. He said the pay-per-view deal came from his WFA contract, which was honoured after the UFC's parent company bought the WFA.
Costa wrote on X: "UFC paid RAMPAGE 7 million to fight CHUCK what is comprehensive. Not comparing fighters relevance but comparing it with Barcelos x Raul RosaJr5 rds and had serious injuries on brain damage 🧠 made 80k~100k ??"
The $80,000 to $100,000 figure is Costa's own estimate; Barcelos's purse has not been disclosed. Costa added that Barcelos is "around 40s and PROBABLY retired due that injury".
Barcelos, 39, lost consciousness in a fifth-round grappling exchange with Rosas last month. He has since said retirement has not been ruled out: Raoni Barcelos says retirement hasn't been ruled out.
