Jermall Charlo vs Koen Mazoudier

Preview

Jermall Charlo returns to the ring on Sunday 18 October, taking on Australia's Koen Mazoudier in a super middleweight contest at The Chelsea at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. The unbeaten American, 34-0, has been out of action for more than a year, and this ten-round bout under the Premier Boxing Champions banner is his first step back. No title is on the line, so the night is about whether Charlo can shake off the rust and show he is still a force at the weight. Mazoudier arrives at 16-4-1 with experience at middleweight behind him and will be looking for the biggest result of his career against a fighter who has never lost. No UK broadcaster has been confirmed for the event.
